1978年底,党在十一届三中全会上做出了改革开放的伟大战略决策,从农村改革入手到城市经济改革铺开,再从计划体制向市场体制转变和发展,然后到十四大提出了建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标。在这一历史进程中,十二届三中全会提出的有计划的商品经济是经济领域改革中的一个突出点,这是国家经济建设从以往的计划经济向市场经济迈出的最关键的一步。本文试图通过简单梳理与归纳,对有计划商品经济的历史地位进行进一步的探讨。
At the end of 1978, the party made a great strategic decision on reform and opening up at the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee. From the start of rural reform to the spread of urban economic reform, the Party’s transformation and development from a planned system to a market system was then put forward at the 14th CPC Congress The goal of establishing a socialist market economic system. In this historical process, the planned commodity economy proposed by the Third Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Central Committee is a prominent point in the reform of the economic field. This is the most crucial step taken by the country in its economic construction from the previous planned economy to the market economy . This article tries to make a further discussion on the historical status of planned commodity economy by simply combing and inducing.
