为了贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》和教育部《关于大力加强中小学教师培训工作的意见》,国家在今年继续实施“中小学教师国家级培训计划”(简称“国培计划”)。根据教育部办公厅、财政厅关于做好今年“国培计划”实施工作的要求,结合毕节地区2010年“国培计划”的执行情况,现就认真组织实施好今年“国培计划”项目谈几点思考和意见。
