2008年,是大庆钻探工程公司重组整合、开局起步之年,也是大庆钻探公司工程技术服务水平大提高和生产经营大发展的一年。一年来,公司广大干部员工在公司党政领导班子的带领下,认真落实科学发展观,深入开展“解放思想、谋划发展”主题实践活动,按照“站位要高、定位要准、实力要强、品牌要响”的要求,发扬大庆精神、铁人精神,扎实推进公司“1533”发展战略,牢固树立“大庆钻探一家人、松辽盆地一盘棋”的思想,积极投身大庆油田的高科技新会战和吉林油田增储上产的伟大实践,为大庆油田和吉林油田的新发展做出了重要贡献,各方面工作都取得了优异成绩,也积累了宝贵经验。新的一年,大庆钻探公司担负着光荣而艰巨的保障任务,是“大庆油田4000万吨持续稳产”和“吉林油田实现681目标”的主力军。为此,该公司已经明确了新的工作思路,做出了具体部署,正在抢抓新机遇,举全公司之力,开启新篇章,加快推进“1533”发展战略,早日实现“国内第一、国际一流”的宏伟目标,为今后长期持续发展奠定坚实的基础,以实际行动向新中国成立60周年和大庆油田发现50周年献礼。为此,在大庆钻探工程公司重组整合一周年之际,本刊分专题对大庆钻探公司的经营业绩和管理经验进行系列报道。
