目的 :研究基质金属蛋白酶 1 3(matrixmetalloproteinase1 3 ,MMP 1 3)在大鼠四氯化碳实验性肝纤维化形成和逆转过程中的表达。方法 :应用免疫组织化学和核酸原位杂交方法研究MMP 1 3蛋白及其mRNA在四氯化碳实验性大鼠肝纤维化形成和逆转过程中的表达变化 ,并进行网织纤维染色和胶原纤维染色。结果 :MMP 1 3蛋白及其mRNA在肝脏间质细胞和部分肝细胞中表达。在纤维化形成过程中MMP 1 3蛋白及其mRNA的表达量相对增加 ;在纤维化逆转过程中MMP 1 3蛋白及其mRNA的表达量是由强渐弱的动态变化。结论 :肝脏间质细胞是MMP 1 3蛋白及其mRNA的主要细胞来源 ,MMP 1 3在肝纤维化形成和逆转过程中具有重要作用
Objective: To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 1 3 (MMP-3) in the process of experimental carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic fibrosis and its reversal in rats. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to study the expression of MMP-13 and its mRNA in the formation and reversal of hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats. dyeing. Results: The MMP-13 protein and its mRNA were expressed in hepatic stromal cells and some hepatocytes. During the process of fibrosis, the expression of MMP-13 protein and its mRNA is relatively increased. The expression of MMP-13 protein and its mRNA during the process of fibrosis reversal is strongly and gradually decreased. Conclusions: Hepatic stromal cells are the main source of MMP-13 protein and mRNA, and MMP-13 plays an important role in the formation and reversal of hepatic fibrosis
