质谱仪是对气体成分进行分析、测定的专用设备,也是进行低压舱高空生理试验、装备鉴定试验、人体缺氧训练等在气体成份分析方面的必备设备。主要针对MGA1200EC质谱仪在高空应用上存在的问题做出适当的技术革新,使之能够满足低压舱高空试验测试的需要。采用的方法是建立了基于MCS51单片机的质谱仪采样系统,在质谱仪出气口处建立与采样点处压力相关的负压源,进行了气压高度为地面到15 km的低压舱内纯氧测试试验,试验表明该方法可行。可提高气体成分分析的速度,满足高空生理试验及装备鉴定的测试要求。
The mass spectrometer is a special equipment for analyzing and measuring the gas composition. It is also an essential equipment for gas composition analysis in high-altitude physiological test of low-pressure tank, equipment qualification test and human hypoxia training. Mainly for the MGA1200EC mass spectrometer in the application of existing problems to make appropriate technological innovations to enable it to meet the needs of low-pressure cabin altitude test. The method adopted is to set up the mass spectrometer sampling system based on MCS51 singlechip, establish the negative pressure source related to the pressure at the sampling point at the gas outlet of the mass spectrometer, and carry out the pure oxygen test at low pressure of 15 km above ground level Experiments show that this method is feasible. Can increase the speed of gas composition analysis to meet the high altitude physiological test and equipment identification test requirements.
