目的分析在男男性行为者(MSM)中开展基于药店的艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体尿液匿名传递检测的结果,为更大范围促进HIV抗体尿液匿名传递检测提供可推广的经验和模式。方法通过在线问卷调查MSM对HIV抗体尿液匿名传递检测的接受性和认可度。利用网络(MSM网站、MSM QQ聊天室、论坛、微博等)、微信等平台以及志愿者动员等线上线下多种方式在MSM中进行宣传,动员MSM到指定药店匿名免费领取尿液健康筛查服务包。受检者自行采集尿液并邮寄到专业检测实验室,实验室人员将检测结果录入指定的网站,受检者通过互联网平台查询检测结果并获取后续服务指导。结果网络预调查结果显示,60.3%(395/655)的调查对象表示愿意选择尿液HIV抗体检测。三家药店共计发放尿液健康筛查服务包294个,实验室回收216个,回收率为73.5%。216份有效尿液样本检出HIV抗体阳性42份,HIV抗体阳性率为19.4%。共有201人通过指定网站查询检测结果,结果查询率为93.1%。结论在MSM中开展基于药店的HIV抗体尿液匿名传递检测的工作模式可接受性好,可以有效发现部分隐匿在MSM中的HIV感染者,扩大MSM HIV抗体检测覆盖面,值得进一步完善和推广。
Objective To analyze the results of anonymous transmission of pharmacy-based HIV antibody urine in men who have sex with men (MSM), and to provide a scalable experience and model for further screening anonymous transmission of HIV antibody urine. Methods An online questionnaire was used to investigate the acceptability and acceptability of MSM in the anonymous transmission of HIV antibody urine. Results The results of the pre-survey showed that 60.3% (395/655) of the respondents indicated that they were willing to choose urine HIV antibody test. The three pharmacies distributed a total of 294 urine health screening service packs and 216 labs with a recovery rate of 73.5%. Among 216 active urine samples, 42 were positive for HIV antibody, and the positive rate of HIV antibody was 19.4%. Conclusion The pharmacovigilant HIV antibody urine anonymous transmission test in MSM has good acceptability, which can effectively find part of HIV-infected patients concealed in MSM and expand the detection coverage of MSM HIV antibody.
