应德国无损检测学会邀请中国机械工程学会副秘书长潘鑫瀚和无损检测分会副总干事徐永昌,于1993年5月赴德参加德国无损检测学会60同年庆典活动(即德国无损检测学会1993年年会)。 庆典大会于5月17～19日召开,在慕尼黑南部的加米施-帕滕基兴市召开。中国机械工程学会秘书长程瑞全向大会发了贺信,并转达了无损检测分会主任郭成彬对大会的祝贺。 参加会议共有570多名代表,包括中国、希腊、英国、波兰、俄罗斯、瑞典、捷克、斯洛伐克、意大利、匈牙利、美国等国的代表。大会共交流了57篇论文和78篇墙贴论文,大会报告介绍了“德国无损检测学会的历史”,大会主题报告介绍了“德国无损检测学会及无损检测培训——回顾、经验和设想”。
At the invitation of the German Society for Nondestructive Testing, Pan Xinhan, deputy secretary general of China Mechanical Engineering Society, and Xu Yongchang, deputy director general of the nondestructive testing branch, went to Germany to attend the celebration of the same year of the German Society for Nondestructive Testing in May 1993 (ie the 1993 annual meeting of the German Society for Nondestructive Testing ).
