Would you please introduce about the special action plan and analyze why it is time to do so?rnLiu Hongsheng: The special programme is known in full as the special action plan of standards comparison and conformity of 10,000+ enterprises of 1,000+ sectors from 100+ cities for overall quality improvement. Jointly launched by ten ministries and commissions, it focuses on the needs of enterprises and strives for benefits with standards while leveraging on the collaboration of local governments, institutes and service agencies as well as experts from technical committees, industry associations and so forth. The programme encourages the market players to identify the differences between standards used and standards needed, and to harmonize the requirements of national standards with those of internationally advanced standards.
