本文系甘肃省体改委课题组提交给中国体改研究会１９９４年年会的论文的重要部分。作者从城乡集体经济产权关系的演变和产权类型，以及资产构成的分析入手，提出了城乡集体经济产权制度改革的路向，应是大力推行股份合作制。在此基础上，就如何推行股份合作制的问题，作者又提出了自己的看法。
This article is an important part of the thesis submitted by the Sub-committee of the Commission of Restructuring the Economy of Gansu Province to the 1994 Annual Conference of China’s Reform Society. Starting with the evolution of property rights in urban and rural collective economy, the types of property rights and the analysis of asset composition, the author puts forward the direction of the reform of the system of property rights in urban and rural collective economy, and should vigorously promote the system of stock cooperation. On this basis, the author puts forward his own views on how to promote the joint-stock cooperative system.
