洁霉素(Lincomycinum)它是1962年自林可链丝菌培养基中分离而得的抗生素,国外称林可霉素,1975年我国华北制药厂制成。1976年上海第一医学院华山医院对其抗菌作用进行了测定;上海、北京等地18个医院进行临床试用结果,洁霉素总有效率为90.9%。一、抗菌谱:与青霉素、红霉素大致相同,对革兰氏阳性菌抗菌作用较强;对厌气链球菌、梭状芽胞杆菌属、类杆菌的作用尤强,超过红霉素;对肺炎支原体、肠球菌、脑膜炎双球菌的作用远差于红霉素;对革兰氏阴性杆菌、淋球菌的作用较差;对病毒和霉菌无效。二、作用机制:与红霉素相同,都作用于细菌核糖体的50s 亚基,抑制移位酶,以致信息核糖核酸不能移位,干扰细菌蛋白质的合成。所以这2种药物不应同时应用。因

First, the antibacterial spectrum: and penicillin, erythromycin roughly the same, against Gram-positive bacteria strong antibacterial; against Anaerobic Streptococcus, Clostridium, Bacteroides particularly strong role, more than erythromycin; Mycoplasma pneumoniae, enterococci, meningitis is far less than the role of erythromycin; against Gram-negative bacilli, Neisseria gonorrhoeae poor; on the virus and mold invalid. Second, the mechanism of action: the same with erythromycin, all act on the 50s subunit of bacterial ribosomes, inhibition of translocating enzymes, so that information can not be displaced ribonucleic acid, interfering with bacterial protein synthesis.
