近几年来,金川公司第三冶炼厂在精神文明建设方面一步一个脚印,不断迈上新的台阶。企业多次荣获公司先进单位,连续10年保持金昌市精神文明建设先进单位,布满该厂办公楼大厅墙上的各种荣誉牌匾,就是第三冶炼厂两个文明建设成果的一个缩影。以科学的理论武装人以科学的理论武装人,是第三冶炼厂精神文明建设的核心。几年来,第三冶炼厂党委把邓小平理论、江泽民“三个代表”重要思想作为工作的根本指导方针,紧紧围绕生产经营发挥党组织的政治核心作用,不失时机地做好职工的思想政治工作,为全厂生产经营营造了一个宽松、良好的思想政治氛围。
