有了城市区志编纂实践 ,才有城市区志编纂理论的产生 ,才出现《城市区志编纂概论》这一理论专著。该书总结了首届编修城市区志的实践经验 ,并上升为理论 ,具有独创性和创新性、体系性和科学性、理论性和学术性、指导性和实用性等特点。它不仅为社会主义方志学体系建设提供一个方面的内容 ,而且提供一条路子 ,一个全面认识首届修志实践经验的总结方式。创新的理论来自创新的实践。创新社会主义新方志学还在努力之中 ,完成这一任务 ,需要深入探讨和总结全国修志实践经验 ,作出理论上的概括。
With the practice of urban zhi editing, only the theory of urban zhi editing comes into being, the theoretical monograph of “An Introduction to Urban Zodiac Compilation” appears. The book summarizes the practical experience of the first edition of the Urban Zodiac, and rose to theory, with originality and innovation, systematic and scientific, theoretical and academic, guiding and practical features. It not only provides one aspect for the construction of the socialist system of philology, but also provides a way for a comprehensive understanding of the practical experience of the first revision of the history. Innovative theory comes from innovative practice. In order to accomplish this task, we must further explore and summarize the practical experience of the revision of the country’s history and make a theoretical summary.
