构建社会主义和谐社会既是我们党全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的一项重大战略决策,也是我市改革开放和社会主义现代化建设中的一项长期的战略任务;不仅关系到大连改革开放成果的巩固,而且影响到大连经济社会全面发展水平。大连要建设和谐社会必须着眼长远、立足当前、抓住重点、全面推进。
