文中以北京理工大学的继续教育为例,探讨了提高继续教育质量的着手点,指出继续教育应是学历教育的补充,不能等同普通高等教育和岗前培训;肯定了继续教育的学员的理论知识和实践能力与普通高等教育学员存在的差异,为使接受继续教育的学员达到学有所用、学有所长,保障继续教育质量,编写能够满足有工程实践需求及学历需求的继续教育专用教材,改革现有的教育教学方式和教育评价方式,在课程设置及教育评价方面下大力气做实质性的改革是十分必要的。
Taking Beijing University of Technology as a case study, this paper explores the starting point of improving the quality of continuing education. It points out that continuing education should supplement academic education and can not be equated with general higher education and pre-service training. It affirms the theoretical knowledge of continuing education students And practical ability and the difference of ordinary higher education students, in order to make the students who have received continuing education achieve what they have learned, have their own talents and ensure the quality of continuing education, and to prepare teaching materials for continuing education that can meet the needs of engineering practice and academic qualifications, To reform the existing education and teaching methods and education evaluation methods, it is very necessary to make great efforts to make substantive reforms in the curriculum and education evaluation.
