目的:对县级妇幼保健机构服务及发展能力进行分析,为卫生行政部门制订规范化、标准化妇幼保健机构政策提供参考。方法:利用山西省妇幼保健机构资源与运营情况监测数据,运用动态数列对2008~2012年县级妇幼保健机构的服务和发展能力进行分析。结果:年门急诊人次、出院人次、总资产、固定资产和业务收入5年间变化的总体趋势均为增加,但其增长速度呈现起伏波动。结论:县级妇幼保健机构的服务和发展能力均为增长趋势,但仍有较大的提升空间。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the service and development abilities of county-level MCH institutions and provide references for the health administrative departments to formulate a standardized and standardized MCH institution policy. Methods: Based on monitoring data of maternal and child health institutions’ resources and operation in Shanxi Province, the dynamic series were used to analyze the service and development abilities of county-level MCH institutions from 2008 to 2012. Results: The overall trend of annual outpatient and emergency department visits, hospital discharges, total assets, fixed assets and business income increased in five years, but the growth rate fluctuated. Conclusion: The service and development abilities of MCH institutions at county level are increasing, but there is still room for improvement.
