目的探讨快速康复应用于腹腔镜保胆取石术后的效果。方法对2013年1月至2015年12月36例在本院实施保胆手术患者的临床资料进行分析,并对患者实施快速康复护理,总结护理效果。结果所有患者经过精心的护理后收到了很好的效果,大大减少了并发症的发生,缩短了住院时间,患者满意度大大提高。结论在腹腔镜保胆取石术后应用快速康复护理可显著提高手术效果,大大降低并发症的发生率,提高患者满意度,在临床中具有推广使用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation on laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients undergoing gallbladder surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were analyzed. The patients were treated with rapid rehabilitation and the nursing effects were summarized. Results All patients received good care after careful treatment, which greatly reduced the incidence of complications, shorten the length of stay, patient satisfaction increased significantly. Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing after laparoscopic gallbladder surgery can significantly improve the surgical results, greatly reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction, which has the value of popularization and use in clinic.
