我院自1985年8月至1991年4月共诊治血精症56例。其中施行精道造影39例,尿道镜检16例。明确病因为感染者40例,其次为精囊囊肿、尿道息肉等。经治疗38例血精消失,10例改善。文中结合文献讨论了本病病因、诊断步骤及治疗。强调精道造影的意义,总结了在精道炎症时,壶腹部、精囊、射精管因渗出、狭窄、扩张、闭塞、萎缩引起的主要X线表现。
Our hospital from August 1985 to April 1991 were diagnosed and treated 56 cases of blood sperm disease. Among them, 39 cases were performed fine opacification and 16 cases were urethral examination. A clear cause of infection in 40 cases, followed by seminal vesicles, urethral polyps and so on. After the treatment of 38 cases of sperm disappeared, 10 cases improved. The article discusses the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of this disease combined with literature. Emphasize the significance of fine channel imaging, summarizes the inflammation in the fine tract, ampulla, seminal vesicle, ejaculatory ducts due to exudation, stenosis, expansion, occlusion, atrophy caused by the main X-ray findings.
