通过对糖腈乙酰酯衍生条件的优化,建立了一种测定土壤水解性单糖的糖腈乙酰酯衍生气相色谱分析方法。8种单糖线性范围为10~640!g,检出限(3S/N)在1.4~4.2ng之间,样品加标平均回收率为100.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5~6.3%。试验结果表明该方法操作简便快速、灵敏度高,可准确可靠地应用于土壤单糖含量的测定。
By optimizing the derivatization conditions of ginsenosyl esters, a method for the determination of ginsenosyl esters derived from soil-hydrolyzed monosaccharides by gas chromatography was developed. The linear range of the eight monosaccharides was 10 ~ 640μg, the detection limit (3S / N) was between 1.4 ~ 4.2ng, the average recovery rate was 100.1% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.5 ~ 6.3% . The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can be applied to the determination of monosaccharide content in soil accurately and reliably.
