本院自1988年9月～1989年8月,对疑似败血症54例开展L型细菌培养,结果21例阳性(占38.9％),而常规血培养仅9例阳性(16.7％)。 1 临床资料:男15例、女6例,年龄1天～7岁,其中新生儿15例。全组均有发热,热程3～30天,其中不规则热型16例,持续高热5例;黄疽11例(均为新生儿),肝脾肿大6例,腹泻3例,呕吐2例,咳嗽3例,贫血8例。感染途径:胎膜早破6h以上致羊水混浊8例,不洁分娩2例,窒息2例,脐部感染1例,口腔感染1例,全身脓疱疮1例,
In our hospital, from September 1988 to August 1989, L-type bacterial culture was carried out on 54 cases of suspected septicemia, 21 cases were positive (38.9%), while only 9 cases were positive (16.7%) in routine blood culture. 1 Clinical data: 15 males and 6 females, aged 1 day to 7 years, of which 15 cases of newborns. The whole group had fever, the heat process for 3 to 30 days, of which 16 cases of irregular heat type, sustained high fever in 5 cases; jaundice in 11 cases (all newborns), hepatosplenomegaly in 6 cases, 3 cases of diarrhea, vomiting 2 Cases, cough in 3 cases, anemia in 8 cases.
