习近平总书记在党的十九大上谈到健全党和国家监督体系时,提出要“深化政治巡视,坚持发现问题、形成震慑不动摇,建立巡视巡察上下联动的监督网”。巡视作为党内监督的有效形式,是强化党的建设的重要举措。新修订的《中国共产党巡视工作条例》深化政治巡视,也说明了巡视工作已上升到一个新高度。当然,要让利剑作用得到充分发挥,不仅要在面上铺开,全线出击,更要在点上深入,各个击破,真正做到全覆盖、“一盘棋”。
