开式模锻过程中,高径比与飞边尺寸对变形过程的影响极大。采用SIMUFACT软件,对直径为22.225 mm的轴承滚珠零件模锻成形进行了有限元模拟,对不同的高径比和飞边尺寸的锻造变形过程进行了研究。结果表明,轴承滚珠模锻的合理高径比范围为1.8~2.2;飞边宽度不变时,随着飞边厚度增加,变形力变化不大;飞边厚度不变时,随着宽度增加,变形力与宽度呈正比例上升。
In the open die forging process, the height-diameter ratio and the size of the flash have great influence on the deformation process. The SIMUFACT software is used to simulate the die forging of the bearing ball with a diameter of 22.225 mm. The forging deformation process with different aspect ratio and flash size is studied. The results show that the reasonable height-diameter ratio range of bearing ball forging is 1.8 ~ 2.2. When the flash width is constant, the deformation force does not change much with the increase of flash thickness. With the increase of width, Deformation and width increased in direct proportion.
