本文通过水培和土培试验,研究喷施多效唑(MET)对大豆的生理效应。结果表明:MET提高了大豆光合作用强度、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶、吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性;降低了内源吲哚乙酸含量;减少大豆单株日耗水量9.2—33.1%,提高叶片脯氨酸含量。
In this paper, the physiological effects of spraying paclobutrazol (MET) on soybean were studied by hydroponics and soil culture. The results showed that: MET increased the photosynthesis intensity, the content of chlorophyll, the activity of nitrate reductase and indoleacetic acid oxidase, the content of endogenous indoleacetic acid, the decrease of water consumption per plant by 9.2-33.1%, and the increase of leaf proline Acid content.
