一、资金短缺是困扰多经企业发展的难点。 我局的多经企业是在特定的历史条件下,凭着20万元起家而发展起来的,没有形成投资渠道,也没有增加生产经营资金的机制,得到的投入极少。全局16个多经企业的实收资本只有232万元,固定资产只有1100万元,资产负债率较高,可以想象多经企业能够经营的范围和规模极其有限。 由于投入少,安置任务重,还要承担改善部分职工的收益、奖金和福利,因而大部分多经企业积累少,只能维持初始阶级“作坊式”的简单再生产,难
First, the shortage of funds is a difficult issue that has plagued the development of many companies. The diversified enterprises of our bureau were developed under the specific historical conditions starting from 200,000 yuan. They did not form investment channels, nor did they increase the mechanism for production and operation of funds, resulting in very little investment. The total paid-in capital of the 16 multi-dimension enterprises is only 2.32 million yuan, and the fixed assets are only 11 million yuan. The asset-liability ratio is high, and it is conceivable that the range and scale of multi-business operations can be extremely limited. Because of the low investment, the heavy task of resettlement, and the improvement of the earnings, bonuses, and benefits of some workers, most of the companies have accumulated less and can only maintain the simple reproduction of the “class workshop” of the original class.
