【体裁概述】倡议书属于应用文中的书信,是个人或集体向大众或有关单位提出一些合理化建议或措施,提倡开展某项有意义的活动、推行某种行之有效的做法,希望共同完成某项任务或开展某项公益活动所运用的一种专用书信形式。倡议书中所倡导进行的活动应具有其广泛性和推广意义。倡议书的格式与一般的书信基本相同,通常由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、署名和日期六个部分构成:
