本机可将精纺机锭子滚柱轴承的外环的内经分为10类,每类公差为0.002毫米。全机分为三个部分:1.差动式气动量仪部分;2.自动机构部分;3.电气部分。本机的特点系采用压缩空气进行测量。气动量仪采取差动式,对进气压力的变化不敏感,因而提高了分类的精度。气动塞规的气路采取十字形,可以测量出内孔的平均直径。本机的生产率为300件/小时.
This machine can divide the inner diameter of the outer ring of the spindle of the spinning machine spindle into 10 categories with a tolerance of 0.002 mm for each type. The whole machine is divided into three parts: 1. Differential pneumatic gauge part; 2. Automatic mechanism part; 3. Electrical part. The characteristics of the machine uses compressed air to measure.
