目的研究颅底骨卵圆孔的走行方向和倾斜角度,为临床工作提供依据。资料与方法应用64层螺旋CT三维重组对200例成人颅底骨卵圆孔行矢状位和冠状位多平面重组(multi-planar reconstruction,MPR)并进行观测。结果矢状位重组时卵圆孔走行由后上向前下倾斜共386侧,占96.5%;前上后下倾斜共14侧,占3.5%;卵圆孔的平均倾斜角度右侧为(18.72±9.59)°,左侧为(18.37±9.56)°,总计(18.55±9.55)°。冠状位重组时卵圆孔走行由内上向外下倾斜共381侧,占95.25%;外上向内下倾斜共8侧,占2%,与正中矢状线平行共11侧,占2.75%;卵圆孔的平均倾斜角度右侧为(19.66±10.09)°,左侧为(21.25±9.04)°,总计(20.46±9.59)°。在矢状位上卵圆孔倾斜角度左右两侧及左侧男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论64层螺旋CT三维重组可以更直观、准确地了解卵圆孔的走行方向和倾斜角度,为临床工作和人类学研究提供依据。
Objective To study the foramen ovale cranial skull walking direction and tilt angle, to provide the basis for clinical work. Materials and Methods The sagittal foramen sagittal and coronal multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) of 200 adult skull base foramen were studied with 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction. Results In the sagittal plane, the foramen ovale moved leftward and posteriorly to a total of 386 sides, accounting for 96.5%; anterior-posterior oblique incision had a total of 14 sides (3.5%); the mean foveal angle of the foramen ovale was (18.72 ± 9.59) °, left (18.37 ± 9.56) °, totaling (18.55 ± 9.55) °. Coronal reorganization of the foramen ovale from the inside to the outside under the slope of a total of 381 side, accounting for 95.25%; outside the inward tilt down a total of 8 sides, accounting for 2%, and the median sagittal line parallel to a total of 11 sides, accounting for 2.75% ; Mean foramen ovale angle was (19.66 ± 10.09) ° on the right and (21.25 ± 9.04) ° on the left, totaling (20.46 ± 9.59) °. The sagittal position on the left and right sides of the foramen ovale angle and the left male and female had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction can be more intuitive and accurate understanding of the foramen ovale walking direction and tilt angle for clinical work and anthropological research provide the basis.
