我国经济犯罪的刑罚适用存在罪刑不相适应的缺陷,其主要表现在对于自然人经济犯罪的处罚过重以及对于单位经济犯罪的处罚过轻。针对这一情况,本文将尝试构建适用于经济犯罪的资格刑,以完善经济犯罪刑罚体系。
The criminal penalties applicable to economic crime in our country are not suitable for the crime and punishment. They are mainly manifested in the excessive penalties for economic crimes committed by natural persons and the light penalties imposed on economic crimes committed by the units. In response to this situation, this article will attempt to build a qualification sentence applicable to economic crimes in order to improve the penal system of economic crimes.
