回眸神洲千年历史,从来没有象今天这样富足,从来就没有象今天这样兴旺,也从来没有象今天这样意气风发,蓬勃向上。这一切首先就应该归功于改革。改革使边垂渔村变成了现代化的大城市;改革使沉闷、贫脊的市场变得极大地丰富和充满生机,改革使农村真正成了“希望的土地”。粮、棉、油、菜,鸡、鸭、鱼、肉象淘淘江水,汹涌着流向城市;改革又让一座又一座的城市现代化了起来;……然而,改革终归还是新生事物,它和任何新生事物一样,伴随它来的必然是阵痛。大批的职工下岗,尤其是大批女职工的下岗,就是阵痛的一种表现。而且,这已经是摆在眼前的现实。怎么办?周继英女士说得好,要“调整”,调整心态,调整观念,调整技能和知识,在调整的基础上再“就位”。借着改革的春风,让自己站到一个全新的位置上去。下岗女工实现再就业,必须这样,也只能这样。
