当前,波及全球的欧债危机和影响国内市场信心的房市疲软等负面形势,使建筑市场再次面临跌入低谷的危险境地。但南通二建集团一枝独秀,仍以持续向好的趋势成为活跃于市场的一支建筑铁军劲旅。根据年度计划,集团完成超300亿元总产值中,施工产值276亿元,新签合同额300亿元,至今年7月底,集团已完成施工产值141.9亿元,同比增长18%;新签合同额223.1亿元,已完成年度计划的73%;在建项目合同额超689亿元,同比增长28%。承建施工面积3688万平方米,完成年计划的86%。2004年以来,南通二建集团先后七次上榜中国企业500强,六次跻身中国承包商60强。
