本文是笔者通过多年来对城市园林绿化工程施工现场的观察和总结,结合园林行业本身的特点,提出了在园林施工中应重视技术人员的使用,认真编制施工组织设计,施工中重视施工质量、强化施工管理和合理控制施工项目成本,从而更好地提高园林工程施工的质量,并取得更好的经济效益和社会效益。
