文章以济南职业学院中澳合作办学酒店管理专业为例,分析了课程设置、教学过程和师资方面存在的主要问题,提出了围绕核心岗位群设置课程体系,关联课程集合教学,讲、训分离、中外教师融合等解决对策。
Taking the hotel management major of Sino - Australian cooperation in Jinan Vocational College as an example, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the curriculum setup, teaching process and teacher training. It puts forward that the curriculum system should be set up around the core post group, the teaching, Chinese and foreign teachers such as integration of solutions.
