所谓圈湖养鱼,就是把大湖泊用网箔或竹箔等围成若千块隔鱼不隔水的小区养鱼。这种小区养鱼的优点是:①便于执行集约化养殖措施,在小区内密放、投饵、精养,夺取高产。②便于实行管、养、捕、权、责、利相结合的经营体制,提高大湖泊养鱼的总产量。江苏省吴江县的麻洋荡湖,水面积13,900亩,从1983年起实行圈湖养鱼后,1983—1984年分别获得平均亩产成鱼81斤与100斤,比没有圈湖养鱼的1982年(35斤)分别提高46斤与65斤。
