对恶性肿瘤病人开始化疗后短期内,很难预测所用化疗药物对病人是否有效。即使是某一种最佳联合化疗方案,仍然对部分病人无效,待应用几个疗程后再改变化疗方案,常常会贻误病人的治疗,甚至使病人失去治疗时机。因此,若能在化疗开始后短期内预测化疗方案的有效性,以减少用药的盲目性,对指导临床化疗具有十分重要的意义。我们根据诱导化疗时第一次冲击治疗前后C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的变化,预测对肿瘤病人的化疗疗效,与后来病人的实际疗
It is difficult to predict whether the chemotherapeutic agents used will be effective in patients in the short term after chemotherapy is initiated in patients with malignant tumors. Even if one of the best combination chemotherapy programs is still ineffective for some patients, changing the chemotherapy program after several courses of treatment will often delay the patient’s treatment and even cause the patient to lose treatment time. Therefore, if we can predict the effectiveness of chemotherapy in the short term after the start of chemotherapy to reduce the blindness of the medication, it is of great significance to guide clinical chemotherapy. Based on the changes of C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after the first impact treatment during induction chemotherapy, we predicted the efficacy of chemotherapy for cancer patients, followed by actual treatment of patients.
