在当下中国的语境中,需要重新考察策展的问题。到处都在说策展,只要牵涉到一点组织上的问题,这个词基本都会被提到,只不过往往对所论及的问题浅尝辄止。在这样的语境中,就某一问题展开长期并深入的讨论,并且成功整合国际和本地资源、同时也包括观众参与的研讨会少之又少。然而今年七月在广州,我们似乎看到了情况好转的趋势。
In the current context of China, there is a need to revisit the issue of curating. Curators are everywhere, and as long as there is a little organizational involvement involved, the word is basically mentioned, except that often the subject matter is not to be dealt with. In such a context, long-term and in-depth discussions on a particular issue have taken place and there have been very few successful seminars on integrating international and local resources, including at the same time audience participation. However, in July this year in Guangzhou, we seem to have seen a trend of improvement.
