目的:利用人参毛状根作为有效的生物反应器,对水杨酸进行结构改造。方法:培养人参毛状根22?d,外源加入0.1?mmol·L-1水杨酸后,连续培养48?h,利用TLC、HPLC等方法鉴定,分析转化物清除自由基能力。结果:人参毛状根中有新化合物产生,化学鉴定试验结果提示水杨酸的酚基被糖基化生成相应的糖苷。结论:水杨酸转化后人参毛状根醇提物能够清除活性氧自由基,具有良好的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To make structural modification of salicylic acid by using hairy root of ginseng as an effective bioreactor. Methods: The hairy roots of Radix Ginseng were cultivated for 22 days. After 0.1 mmol·L -1 salicylic acid was added exogenously, the cells were continuously cultured for 48 h. TLC and HPLC were used to identify the ability of the transformants to scavenge free radicals. Results: There were new compounds in the hairy roots of Ginseng. The results of chemical identification indicated that the phenol groups of salicylic acid were glycosylated to produce the corresponding glycosides. Conclusion: Salicylic acid transformed ginseng hairy root alcohol extract can scavenge active oxygen free radicals, and has good application prospects.
