目的探讨重型颅脑外伤合并多发伤患者的护理措施。方法选取2015年07月~2016年12月本科室收治的重型颅脑外伤合并多发伤患者11例作为研究对象,回顾采取的护理措施,并对其进行分析总结。结果11例患者经过治疗及护理后,有5例恢复良好,占46%;2例致残,占18%;1例植物生存,占9%;3例死亡,占27%。结论重型颅脑外伤合并多发伤患者的死亡率较高,配合治疗的同时,实施有效的护理措施可以提高生存率。
Objective To investigate the nursing measures of patients with severe traumatic brain injury complicated with multiple trauma. Methods Eleven patients with severe craniocerebral trauma complicated with multiple trauma admitted to our department from July 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object. The nursing measures were reviewed and analyzed. Results After the treatment and nursing of 11 patients, 5 cases recovered well, accounting for 46%; 2 cases were disabled, accounting for 18%; 1 case of plant survival, accounting for 9%; 3 cases were dead, accounting for 27%. Conclusions The mortality of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with multiple trauma is high. With the treatment, effective nursing measures can improve the survival rate.
