现代油藏管理过程包括制定目标、编制计划、组织实施、进行监测和评价以及修改计划等、编制油藏管理计划需要了解油藏、工艺技术、经营、政治气候及环境气候等方面的知识。编制一个综合管理计划包括:制定油藏衰竭策略和开发策略、数据的收集和分析、地质和数据模拟研究、产量和储量预测、了解对设备的需求、经济最优化以及管理部门批准等、实施计划需要获得管理部门的支持,现场人员的承诺及多学科综合协同工作。项目成功取决于细致的监测/监督以及对其动态进行详尽的评价。如果项目的实际动态与预期动态不一致,需要对原计划进行修改,重新开始该管理过程(组织实施、进行监测及评价)。本文介绍正确的油藏管理概念和方法,包括以地学和工程专业人员、工具、工艺技术及数据的综合为基础的协同工作方法。
Modern reservoir management processes include setting goals, planning, organizing and implementing, monitoring and evaluating, and revising plans.
