党建与政工人员素质的提升,对于国家、民族、社会的发展具有着非常重要的作用和意义。新的形势下,一切为了民族振兴、国家富强、人民幸福的伟大目标而努力,党建的工作目的也是为了促进和谐社会建设,为各项国家事业提供保障。本文从任职人员的潜能开发、开发渠道、理论指导等方面对党建工作人员素养的提高作用、意义进行探讨,认为这些是党建工作在新时期的基石,是建设和谐社会的基石。
The improvement of the quality of party building and political workers plays a very important role and significance for the development of the country, the nation and the society. Under the new situation, all work hard for the great goal of national rejuvenation, prosperity of the country, and happiness of the people. The party’s goal of construction is also to promote the building of a harmonious society and provide guarantees for various national undertakings. This article explores the improving function and significance of staff building in the party from the aspects of potential development, development channels, theoretical guidance and so on. They think these are the cornerstone of party building in the new era and the cornerstone of building a harmonious society.
