目的 探讨浓缩固本丸对儿童哮喘的作用及作用机理。方法 对儿童哮喘采用浓缩固本丸联合激素气雾剂大剂量组 (治疗 1组 )、小剂量组 (治疗 2组 )和激素气雾剂 (对照组 )治疗。结果 近期疗效 :3组临床疗效、肺功能改善相似 ,但β兴奋剂吸入次数治疗 1组、治疗 2组少于对照组。远期随访 :复发次数治疗 1组、治疗 2组明显低于对照组 ;治疗后 ,治疗 1组、治疗 2组血清 Ig E明显下降 ,Ig A、Ig G明显上升 ,而对照组则无明显变化。结论 治疗儿童哮喘固本丸对皮质激素起协同作用 ,能明显减少哮喘复发 ,又可降低皮质激素吸入量 ,其机理可能是通过抑制过敏反应、调节免疫功能实现的
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of concentrated Guben Pill on children asthma. Methods Children asthma with concentrated Guben Pill combined with hormone aerosol high-dose group (treatment group 1), low-dose group (treatment group 2) and hormone aerosol (control group) treatment. The results of the recent curative effect: the clinical efficacy of 3 groups, similar improvements in lung function, but the number of inhalation β-agonist treatment group 1, treatment group 2 less than the control group. Long-term follow-up: the number of relapse in treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group was significantly lower than that in control group; after treatment, the levels of IgE, Ig A, Ig G in treatment group 1 and treatment 2 group were significantly decreased, while those in control group had no significant change . Conclusion The treatment of children with asthma Guben Pill has a synergistic effect on corticosteroids, can significantly reduce the recurrence of asthma, but also reduce the amount of corticosteroid inhalation, the mechanism may be through the inhibition of allergic reactions, the regulation of immune function
