周恩来同志曾经把统战工作部门的基本职能概括为四句话:“了解情况、掌握政策、调整关系、安排人事。”这四句话中,调整关系是中心内容,因为了解情况、掌握政策的目的是为了调整好关系;调整好了关系才有利于安排好人事;才能调动统一战线各方面人士的积极性,充分发挥统一战线在社会主义现代化建设中的作用。现就新时期统一战线内部关系及其调整问题,谈谈粗浅看法。一、新时期统一战线内部关系的发展变化我国的统一战线是由不同的阶级、阶层、党派、团体等各种社会力量在一定的历史条件
