针对某活塞发动机曲轴断裂故障,对断裂的曲轴从理化角度进行断裂失效分析,并利用有限元法对曲轴进行有限元建模和计算,分析了曲轴断裂失效发生的主要原因;同时对曲轴提出了改进方案,并通过试验验证,为问题的解决以及今后此类问题的预防提供了可靠的理论依据。
