中国特色的社会主义民主政治体制改革是随着市场经济体制改革的步伐进行的。经济决定政治,随着我国社会主义市场经济制度的不断发展、完善,随之相应的政治制度也就要求不断地改进。建设中国特色社会主义政治就是要在中国共产党的领导下,人民群众结合中国的国情进行社会主义民主政治建设,而村民民主自治制度作为民主政治的一个重要方面,更是关系到我国8亿农民的根本政治问题。鉴于村民自治制度的重要性,本文就村民自治的发展、内涵及功能做些简要介绍。
The reform of the socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristics follows the pace of reforming the market economy. Economic decision politics, along with the continuous development and perfection of the socialist market economic system in our country, followed by the corresponding political system requires continuous improvement. The construction of socialist politics with Chinese characteristics means that under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the masses of people should carry out the construction of socialist democracy in light of China’s national conditions. As an important aspect of democratic politics, the democratic self-government of villagers is even more important for the 800 million peasants in our country Fundamental political issues. In view of the importance of the system of villager autonomy, this article briefly introduces the development, connotation and function of villager autonomy.
