一、引言经营管理的优劣,对高新技术产业的建立和发展,起着至关重要的作用。高新技术产业对经营管理人才的需求有其特殊性。这就是,要求他们既懂科技,又懂经济和管理。这种人才的出现,不能单靠自发产生,而需要通过不同的途径,在多种层次上进行专门的培养或训练。本文在分析目前我国高新技术产业经营管理队伍的组成和状况的基础上,提出了培养这种人才的两条措施。即,一方面在高校及时设立“高技术产业经营管理”专业,培养这方面的专门人才;另一方面,要立足国情,充分运用继续教育的手段,培训
I. Introduction The strengths and weaknesses of business management play a crucial role in the establishment and development of high-tech industries. The demand for high-tech industries for management and management personnel has its own particularities. This means asking them to understand science and technology as well as economy and management. The appearance of such talents cannot be generated by itself, but requires special training or training at various levels through different channels. Based on the analysis of the composition and status of China’s high-tech industrial management team, this paper proposes two measures for training this talent. That is to say, on the one hand, in colleges and universities to set up a “high-tech industrial management” professional to cultivate specialized talents in this area; on the other hand, we must base our national conditions, make full use of the means of continuing education, and training.
