高等师范学生是未来的人民教师,其心理健康状况直接影响到祖国的未来。而目前高师生心理健康问题相当严重,所以探明高师生心理健康状况,分析其成因,并制定相应的教育对策对培养高师生健康的心理,提高高师生的心理素质十分必要,也是高师院校教育的一项重要任务。
