法国教育家卢梭说:“只要真心实意地爱学生,才能精雕细刻地去塑造他们的心灵。”没有爱就没有教育。谁给予学生关爱,学生就会爱戴他,只有施予爱心才能让学生身心愉悦,从而才能达到教育的目的。所以作为一名职业学校的教师更要善于接近学生,平时多体贴和关心他们,和他们进行亲密的思想交流,让他们真正感受到老师对他的亲近和爱。这样学生就会心悦诚服地接受老师的管理和教育。这正印证了人民教育家陶行知说:“捧着一颗心来,不带走半根草去”倡导“爱满天下”的观点。在我看来师爱是学生心灵中的一缕阳光,更是构建和谐融洽师生关系的常春藤。
