近年来,突破辽西北政策得到有利贯彻,政策效果明显,辽西北地区处于三大战略交汇处,有利于争取多方发展政策的支持,未来区域比较优势进一步凸显,后发优势逐渐释放。但发展的同时,仍面临生态环境依然脆弱,高端人才短缺,科技创新能力薄弱等问题。
In recent years, the policy of breaking through the northwest of Liaoning has been implemented in a favorable way with obvious policy effects. The northwestern Liaoning Province is at the strategic juncture of the three majorities and is conducive to winning the support of the multi-lateral development policy. The comparative advantage of the region is further highlighted in the future, and the advantage of backwardness is gradually released. However, at the same time of development, we are still facing such problems as the fragile ecological environment, the shortage of high-end talents and the weak capability of scientific and technological innovation.
