企业是经济的细胞,公司报道是商业新闻的核心。但是,在激烈的媒介竞争和受众争夺中,娱乐化之风不仅席卷今天的中国传媒界,也正在悄悄侵入财经新闻的领域。为了吸引眼球,夸张、渲染、似是而非的公司报道已经越来越多地出现在我们的主流财经媒体上。为此,除了加强记者专业理念的培养,还应引入公司利益相关者理论,用以分析各方的证实和证伪资料,确保公司新闻的准确和客观。
Business is the cell of economy, corporate reporting is at the core of business news. However, in the fierce media competition and audience scramble, the entertainment style has not only swept the Chinese media today, but also is quietly invading the area of financial news. Corporate reports that appear to be eye-catching, exaggerating, rendering, plausible, are appearing more and more in our mainstream financial media. To this end, in addition to strengthening the cultivation of professional journalists’ concepts, the company’s stakeholder theory should also be introduced to analyze the verification and falsification of data by all parties so as to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of corporate news.
