目的:探讨以贫血为首发症状的右半结肠癌误诊、误治的原因及教训。方法:回顾大庆市人民医院2005/2008年治疗的以贫血为首发症状并误诊为其他疾病的右半结肠癌36例。结果:36例患者分别以其他贫血性疾病对症治疗,症状缓解,停药后又出现贫血症状,经相关检查确诊为右半结肠癌。结论:对以贫血为首发症状,贫血原因不清,伴有腹痛、消瘦、乏力的中老年患者,应果断行纤维结肠镜及下消化道造影检查确诊。
Objective: To explore the causes and lessons of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of right colon cancer with anemia as the first symptom. Methods: 36 cases of right colon cancer with anemia as the first symptom and misdiagnosed as other diseases were treated in Daqing People’s Hospital in 2005/2008. Results: Thirty-six patients were symptomatically treated with other anemia, and their symptoms were relieved. Anemia was observed after stopping treatment. The right colon cancer was diagnosed by relevant examination. Conclusion: Anemia as the first symptom, anemia unclear, accompanied by abdominal pain, weight loss, fatigue in elderly patients should be confirmed by colonoscopy and lower gastrointestinal imaging confirmed.
