基于中小型水利工程数量小、投资少等特点,中小型水利工程的施工质量很难得到足够的重视,施工质量得不到保障,而中小型水利工程的施工质量的好坏与否直接关系到水利安全及防洪安全,关系到国计民生。文章旨在从中小水利工程施工中存在的问题入手分析,并结合笔者实际的工作经验,提出加强中小水利工程施工质量的对策。
Due to the small number of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects, low investment and other characteristics, the construction quality of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects is difficult to get enough attention and the quality of construction can not be guaranteed. However, whether the construction quality of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects is directly related to Water conservancy and flood control safety, related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood. The article aims to analyze the problems existing in the construction of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects and to put forward the countermeasures to enhance the construction quality of small and medium-sized water conservancy projects based on the author’s actual working experience.
