住房和城乡建设部近日正式函复安徽省政府,经国务院同意,原则同意修订后的《安徽省城镇体系规划(2011-2030)》(以下简称《规划》)。根据预期目标,2020年全省城镇化水平将达58%,城镇人口3900万人;2030年全省城镇化水平70%左右,城镇人口5100万人左右。住房和城乡建设部在函复中要求,贯彻落实中央关于推进新型城镇化的要求,按照《规划》确定的城镇化方针与战略,实施差别化发展,提高城镇化质量。
Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development formally sent the Anhui Provincial Government, with the agreement of the State Council, agreed in principle to the revised Plan for Urban System in Anhui Province (2011-2030) (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”). According to the expected goal, the province’s urbanization level will reach 58% by 2020, with a population of 39 million in urban areas; by 2030, the urbanization level in the province will be about 70% and the urban population will be 51 million. In its reply, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development requested that the Central Government implement the requirements of promoting the new-type urbanization in accordance with the guidelines and strategies for urbanization determined in the “plan”, implement differentiated development and improve the quality of urbanization.
